The bus, the bench, and the
clocktower in the park.
This past week as I was out and
about at a small park waiting the time for the transit bus for the area. I came
across a bench with a plaque and a picture on it about A couple with the name
Joe and Jewell Reidhead whose house had been on the spot of the park around
1948 (Roosevelt, UT). A really good informative read and the bench was a good
spot to sit and wait for the bus. Sometimes the small delays we have in life
give us a moment or three to learn some interesting tidbits of the places we
see and live in. So, look around you at the places you pass and see. Snap a
picture, take a few notes, and look at the small stuff seldom observed. Just
like a big book the world has a lot to show us. The old saying is “Stop and
smell the Roses”. Look up some of the rare find that are around you and check
them out. Make life a little bit of an adventure.
